Ashley has held a career in the healthcare industry for over 10 years.  She earned her Bachelor degree of health science and currently holds a position as nurse care utilization manager. Through her work with patients, within the hospital setting, she became acutely aware of the community need for the elderly to have proper and efficacious advocacy in the home and felt the need to be a catalyst and change maker in this environment.  Ashley lives by the adage "As we serve others, we are working on ourselves; every act, every word, every gesture of genuine compassion naturally nourishes our own hearts as well”.
